Return shipping charges
In contrary to popular belief, shipping packages is actually not free and is in fact quite expensive process (labour, damaged goods, re-packing etc.) especially for us small businesses. See the table below to get an idea. The discounted shipping labels that we offer are at a generous discount and below market price.
For example, UPS charges us on average 12-40 Euros per return package shipping (just to give you perspective and transparency)
If an item is returned to us due to not being picked up, the return shipping charge below will have to be paid in order to send it back out to you.
